NOTE
Completed reference illustrations must be submitted in order to send a request.
Text-only information or images created by combining illustrations/photos will not be accepted. Be sure to submit images of characters that you own and drew or created.
My YCH commission does not accept the process of showing rough sketches or retakes.
I ask that all important designs be included on the form.
Requests to change the base will cost a high additional fee.
Specific change requests require a high additional cost due to making the data separately.
Not recommended for those who want to make detailed requests.
I make the best effort to meet your expectations when working on commissions. However, since I draw the characters according to the YCH base, I might not be able to fulfill your request.
ORDER PROCESS
1. Please review the Terms of Service
You need to agree to the terms and conditions stated in the TOS before submitting your request.
Please read it carefully.
2. Fill out the form and send the email
During the commission open period, after reading and agreeing to the TOS in its entirety, you will be directed to a screen with a form template. Use the copy button to correctly fill out the form, and then send it to the designated email address. Please do not use the commission's contact form!
3. You will receive a request approval email and an invoice
If there are no issues with the submitted request, you will receive an email and an invoice within 24 hours. If you don't receive a response, please double-check your request for any errors and resend the form.
4. Please make the payment within 24 hours after receiving the invoice
If the payment is not made within 24 hours, the request will be canceled.
5. The completed artwork will be sent within 20 days
The artwork will be sent via email through Google Drive. Please note that sending through other platforms is not available.
