Provide a character image.
Requesting without any Character or Character sheet is not allowed.
I won’t be able to accept custom requests like text-only information or series of images that resembles the character or outfit you desire.

Provide a completed reference picture.
Rough sketches/doodles and requesting modifications such as changing colors/sizes, adding accessories/parts, etc to your reference picture will be declined.
If you want any changes to the outfit, please provide another sheet that has a fully completed outfit sheet reference.

Do not change your request after remitting your payment or add additional information.
The invoice has to be sent after confirming your request.
Please make sure to double-check your request before remitting your payment.

Follow the TOS and the guide from Hoopyon.
Your requests may be declined if there are any issues or I may ask you to provide additional information. Please follow the guide from Hoopyon.

Reworks will be declined.
Please make sure you add some important notes if the character has any specific or unclear parts that you would like to add.

Paypal only.
An invoice will be sent through paypal.

Must be paid upfront.
Payment plan is not accepted.

No refund.
Cancellations will not be accepted after payment is completed.

Materials can be used for personal use as long as it's not used in a prohibited matter.

You may cut the image in your favor as long as the image is not damaged.

You may use the deliverable on your monetized contents.
However, you may not use any of my contents as the main subject of your content.
If you wish to edit the illustration, you may only change the design to make the character closer resemble the reference sheet, or add in words.

Please do NOT:
Redraw the illustration with a different style or thick coat the illustration.
Change the mood or add any options.
Prohibited matter

Don't use the materials for discrimination, political/religious propaganda.

Don't reproduce and distribute the materials or anything related to use for profit.

Don't falsify the authorship of the material.
If any of these matters are to be discovered, we will charge more than double the amount due to copyright infringement or reputational damage.

The copyright of this commission belongs to Hoopyon.

Please credit "Hoopyon: DeviantArt account or Twitter account"if you post/use the deliverable on social media such as Twitter or Twitch when using the content for the first time.

If there happens to be any trouble like slander, libel, plagiarism, etc, I have the right to reveal our messages to the public.
Private messages will be sent to the public if there are any plagiarism or slander.
